The Fund’s Mission

The GLADIATOR FUND was incorporated in the state of New York in October of 1989.  It is a non-profit charitable tax exempt 501 (c) (3) organization as prescribed by law.  We have a Federal Tax Identification Number and a state tax-exempt number. The FUND was established to help raise money for families in the community of New Hyde Park and Garden City Park, who have been afflicted with a catastrophic illness, disease, disability or handicap.

In our thirty year history, the FUND has helped numerous children and adults with various disabilities (Autism, Leukemia, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy and Mental Retardation).  The FUND raises money by organizing various charitable events throughout the year and a Golf Tournament in the summer.

We accept gifts to be raffled or auctioned off at these events, and are always happy to accept your generous donations which will enable us to continue to help our NHP friends and families.
